I have also started recently and tried getting into Binance and Bittrex. Unfortunately indeed they don't have registration open. But I came across Kucoin just now and they have registration open. I haven't worked with it yet but it looks like a good one also from reading the reviews.

I prefer the market bittrex and poloniex, where the volume of both markets is always high and a benchmark for all altcoin prices and altcoin options there are also quite a lot with very high security.

Binance, sweet and smooth transaction. Been fan of Alt coin since participating to few successful ico's now , binance is very bullish. Some coin will shoot up after listing there, so been checking every now and then which coin will be listed there soon cause of big volume trader and trade.

The current market situation shows that there are many registrations on many crypto exchange sites these days.
Bittrex, Binance and many other exchanges have disabled new registrations due to overload in new registrations. In this case you can use alternatives to these sites such as Yobit, Livecoin, cryptopia etc... I would suggest you using Yobit as it has a wide variety of features. Although many call it a shitsite because it supports many shitcoins but it has been running since many years now which makes many trust it.

When I need to trade some new pair, I'm looking at https://coinmarketcap.com markets and choosing the most secure exchange what's offering the needed coin.
Just stay away from Hitbtc - they are really really really terrible in last 30 days.

Binance and Kucoin for me but well this thing would depend on what coin you are trading on since not all coins are being listed on there thats why you would end up on using other exchange too. You can easily check out their market on where they are being trader. Its either you can take a look on google search or just simply seeking out on coinmarketcap. All markets are available on there where those coins can be traded.

There are lots of exchanges you can use to trade bitcoin and altcoins. Currently I am using hitbtc, bittrex, poloniex, cryptopia, coinexchange. And there are lot more if you check coinmarketcap. Usually I use the exchange where the alt I want to trade is in because no exchange have all the alts listed.

Bittrex, livecoin and hitbtc remain my favorite exchange platforms and I love them because of the many coins that are being listed on them and the volume of trade in them.  However, I just opened account with c-cex and poloniex because of the trust  and reliabilities.  I am not into open account with all the exchangers except those I need to do business with.

I like to trade on 2 trading sites: Binance and Bittrex. Both of these websites have large trading volume, beautifully designed interface and easy to use, with built-in tools to help analyze the chart gives traders more grounds to decide on investment instead of using. other platforms. Some of the good websites this time are Kucoin and Bibox, which are new commercial sites but are catching the attention of the investor community.

For now I only use hitbtc and binance, but last week I try kucoin and looks good. Actually, you can use local exchange to support your activity but most of them doesn't support all coins we need. Most people will see exchange from coinmarket, look the bottom, click market and try one. Read the rules & I believe one/ two exchange will fit for you, or you can try to buy/ sell from trusted friends. About trading, suggested buy eth ( but not now of course ) and use medium time ( 4H - day ) to find the but/ sell area ( use the second top/ bottom to open position ). Keep practice and good luck to you.

I have an account on finance and hitbtc, these exchange site was have a high volume coin. So far I don't have any troubled since I was starting trading last few months. These site now I'm currently using for trading other coins. You can easily check their coin in their market and also having buy and sell,  and having high volume in every coins they.
I think every exchanging site are having withdrawal fee when you cashout your money but this site is less fee compared to others. And I'm holding now some high valued altcoin and cheap coins. Enjoy trading! Grin

Hitbtc got very high fees based on my experience.

Bittrex is very good but you should have a fully verified account to buy and sell otherwise you will block you to withdraw after some time so your coins will be stuck inside. So before using this account make sure you verify your account.

New exchange Kucoin looks good so far did only one transaction and it looks good for me.

Don't worry you still have Poloniex exchange it is also one of the old exchange site like Bittrex. You can trade all the altcoins in poloniex trading at it is safe and low fee when compared to other exchanges.

But you said you are just getting started with crypto so do you think you can make profits from trading as a beginner.First of all you just start trading bitcoin or the potential altcoin the profits will be less but there is less risk of losing your investment.
