j'ai également eu le problème du "feature disabled"
Sur les conseils de Kraken j'ai créé un nouveau compte qui fonctionne lui.

In certain cases, the account was not completely set up in the background when it was created, and as a result it was left in a state that prevented (or still prevents) our Documents / Profile page on our end from loading, and as a result, the 'Get Verified' page returns "Feature Disabled" for clients.
While developers are working on fixing this issue, you may wish to create a new account, which should resolve the issue. If it does not, please contact us back to let us know.
Try creating a new account -- it should resolve the issue. Please note that every email address used to account creation is *binded* to the connected Kraken account. Therefore, you must use a new email address and username to create a new Kraken account
