As far as I heard HitBtc has a plenty of support issues. It takes an eternity to get your ticket resolved. That really spoils their reputation. Hope, they will take some more effort is sorting such things out.

I used to use it, but the support side is very bad and has difficulties. And they take all the coins conveniently.
Agree with you, support its not strong side of HitBtc, am I prefer to use Binance |

I think the hitbtc provides a failed support and management. I definitely no longer use the hitbtc exchange and I would not recommend anyone

Hitbtc is very safe to trade with and I think for quite some time now I have not had any one complaining about hitbtc that it was early this year. Hitbtc is the best place to trade tokens and coins especially if those coins are new.

Hi There, I never used Hitbtc exchange site. But i need to use it because one of my coins doing good there  But my elder brother told me hitbtc not safe totally , it stucked deposit money /Withdraw. What about now? is it safe now? Thank You I have not never traded on hitbtc, now there are quite a lot of new coin to list on this exchange, the security issue I see the trading floor is now quite safe |

Yes, hitBtc is a good and potential exchange and it is very safe for use because they fixed all the problems and it is functioning well now. It is now very reliable and secure for use. I use the platform and I have no complains about it.

I experienced a bad problem with hitbtc, I sent a ticket and the team responded quickly. within 6 days my problem is complete. This is great work, and I believe the hibtc exchange is recommended and safe. |

Most people have different evaluations on the trading platform. I have seen some people say that Binance, Huobi and other exchanges are not formal, but I think that using the trading platform should follow your own feelings. If you don't trust the current platform, Then you should refuse to use it!

Hitbtc got some serious issues recently and got on and off sometimes in the past month , Why they just can't upgrade their stuff when the site in online and they need to switch it off?
I used to use hitbtc but i got some problem when i deposited some SC coins in it , and it took some weeks to see it in my wallet , after that I just rather to use binance and kucoin , mostly binance .

besides that there are no obstacles.

Maybe it is not on hitbtc. In the past it was quite normal on bitcoin network to get clogged due to numerous transactions. I don't have any issues when it comes to hitbtc withdrawals. Just that their fees are too high compared to other exchanges. Plus they don't have 8 digit cents on many coins which is ridiculous when their values are still high when converted into fiat. |

Yes, HitBtc exchange is safe for use now. They have fixed all the problems it had before and it is working perfectly now. It is now reliable and secure. I used the exchange and I had no issue with it.

I agree with you bro, but I like hitbtc, the exchange of hitbtc is very easy to use and the transaction or deposit is easy, in my opinion it's safe to have no control whatsoever |

Hitbtc is safe but it acts shady sometimes and has a lot of on and off, if you have a big amount of money which you really care about I suggest you use exchanges with better reputation, exchanges shouldn't be use as wallet and you only keep the amount of money that you want to trade with in them.
