I realize there are already several classifieds-style sites for Bitcoin out there, but being I had already created such a CL-like site -- originally for listing prices in gold and silver -- I thought it worth extending to add support for listing prices in bitcoins. Plus, most of the other sites listed on the "Trade" wiki page seem a bit cruddy (IMHO). Here it is: http://www.murrayslist.com/If I see ample interest in this, I would love to put in the time to make it one of the better places for doing Bitcoin-based exchanges. Feedback welcome.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Nice. Do you have the ability to break it down by area and additional categories - in other words, can you make it look and act like Craigslist? That might make it even more marketable - not sure though. Great idea!

I'd consider doing that if it gets to a point where it's tough to wade through what is available. In the meantime, there's a simple tagging mechanism, in addition to search functionality. But, perhaps I should provide a way to view all of the tags for which goods/services are presently listed...

It seems like most merchants just opt to use this here forum for posting their goods on the market. This bulletin board software seems far from the ideal platform for buying/selling/etc, but it is an established place for doing so...
What do people think about the possibility of aggregating the posts here on another site, like Murray's List, that would provide better "eCommerce" features on top of the listings -- such as searching by category/tag, price, etc?

Are people still interested in this? I still have the code, but failed to renew the domain and maintain the website because the usage was dismal.
I'd consider working on the project again if there were ample interest.

I'd like to share a site just like Craigslist but for Bitcoins and Litecoins etc. It's called Cryptslist.com . It's new but, new is GOOD! Got a bunch of shit laying around? Might as well see if you can get bitcoins for it right?
