If It's not BTC, XRP, ETH or LTC, It's very unlikely that it can be traded for fiat and If that's the case, exchange whatever you have for BTC in whatever the crypto is being traded on and then the BTC to fiat using Coinbase, Bitfinex or Bitstamp.

What country are you in? If coinbase[1] supports your country, then coinbase is definitely the way to go. If your country isn't on the list[2] linked below, then your best bet would probably be localbitcoins[3]. You just need to transact with the right people; always check their trust rating or reputation first and make sure they're trustworthy enough.
