There are a couple paid-news, one shady video and... some roadmap image. So much for the biggest 2018 ICO. Come on!
That mesh-moving elements are so deeply scam in my memory I cant even recall the times scammers used them on their websites. Is it a trademark already?

TON can secure millions of transactions per second, it can be the best project.

Where did you get that? It's normal thing then founders won't be able to sell their part for some period, but not a common investors as I know.

I think that it is very unlikely that this goes under the radar, it would be a massive ICO and the media would be spreading the news. The best way to know is let it cool down for a week or two.

I am still skeptical as to if this is actually in the pipeline, one thing that seems almost certain is that if it does happen the sale will be a great success, telegram is almost essential to use for anyone who is enthusiastic about cryptos.

Yes, I read that they want to collect a huge amount of money. I do not even understand why they need so much investment. Most likely it will be a successful fundraising, as the Telegram brand is known. But you can see what kind of project it is. I'm not sure I will invest.

Guys, if the information appeared on TechCrunch, it means that it's reliable.
At least reliable sources or directly Telegram confirmed such intentions to them.
But of course, sometimes, intentions can be reversed. But I doubt that this will happen in this case.
Telegram are extremely necessary first to jump into crypto among the remaining centralized whales.
And conceptually it suits them very well.

In any case, if such ICO is held this will be the largest ICO ever and I think it will be completely atypical in terms of rules and conditions.
Also imagine how many new people such an ICO can involve in crypto
