Guys, if the information appeared on TechCrunch, it means that it's reliable. At least reliable sources or directly Telegram confirmed such intentions to them. But of course, sometimes, intentions can be reversed. But I doubt that this will happen in this case. Telegram are extremely necessary first to jump into crypto among the remaining centralized whales. And conceptually it suits them very well. In any case, if such ICO is held this will be the largest ICO ever and I think it will be completely atypical in terms of rules and conditions. This Coin is going to be huge. But I think it will be called GRAM and not TON.
On the other hand look at KIN, hope the telegram coin won't have the same Problem.
Ok KIN should come back higher when it is migrated from Ethereum Plattform to Stellar Plattform.

It is awsome innovations the social media like telegram will makes their ICO project, it will be one of many ICOs projects can be trusted due to they really have the product, the most important in my personal opinions is they have users whom use telegram on their daily real life on the smartphone, unfortunately it is still the plan there are no official announcement about the telegram will makes their ICO and for the community whom interesting about it must be patient wait for the the next news.
