This ico really promise, but their product have tons of user and they do not need to do ico. They can make some call and have lots of fund for that project. I will not try to enter this ico because it will hard to join.

I don't see a serious whitepaper there. Seems to be a lot of crap without sense gathered in one document.
A serious one doesn't have to have to many pages, just clear definitions and a good and detailed roadmap.

This project will surely succeed because they will create the largest community in the world ever and this will make ICO investors more involved with this project as most of the existing ICO projects are use telegram

Durov denies this information. He said that when he is going to do the ICO, he will report it himself, but in the meantime, make your own conclusions.
