So many hedge funds projects are talking about that and then that brings instant hype to the TON, but the majority of them don't know what they are talking about. But i think that this is just another fake news.

Yeah, Im sure this is a real thing. But I dont see how having an ICO would change much.
Look at kin token. This is a prime example of how this could be a great idea and is leveraging an already existing project to become a great selling ICO - yet there have been very few developments in the actual project. Be wary, but it looks legit on the surface.

Maybe I’m wrong here, but isn’t Telegram popular in Asia...the same place crypto is under scrutiny? In the USA, Telegram is not popular and most don’t use it. “Telegram ico” doesn’t mean much to me (USA resident), but sounds like everyone else things it’s going to be a hit.

I don't see a serious whitepaper there. Seems to be a lot of crap without sense gathered in one document.
A serious one doesn't have to have to many pages, just clear definitions and a good and detailed roadmap.

well, i haven't been reading through it actually. anyway we all should wait for some official announcements because there are already too many scammers around the potential ICO. i just don't see the point to make such a heavy document without any scam scheme behind but for a joke only.

What would happen with KIN when, and if, TON comes out in ICO? Will KIN be affected, since they are basically doing the same stuff? Or will these coins go hand in hand? I'm just curious on your thoughts on this.
