Telegram just launched the official @noscam account. Pavel Durov in his Twitter mentioned that whenever someone is invited to buy a couple of grams, they should report it to the account.
As a matter of fact, it is the first semi-official confirmation of TON and its cryptocurrency.

I know that TELEGRAM is planning to have their ICO, but when i visited the ICO website it is more complicated to believe that the ICO has begun.
the website is really fishy and the process of investing is not the one i am expecting.  I know that they will be tight on regulations and I am also expecting KYC on their ICO not just like that TON doing now!

I am guessing even Mark Zuckerberg is trying to figure out how to get on the train, if he hasn't already. But since ICOs have strict rules in the US, how will companies like facebook and Amazon do it?

Maybe you think that this is funny, but everybody is looking to join because it has been created by "telegram" and that brings a lot of hype to the project.

I still don't believe in Telegram ICO. No official info, no official announcement, nothing on their website so I think it's just a big scam.

I doubt that this companies will release their coins. Nothing is known even about ICO of Telegram. Pavel Durov has not given any official statements. This is just a rumor yet
