I'm almost certain that this is a scam. Just someone wanted to take advantage of the popularity of the telegram messenger and the good name of Pavel Durov. From the side of Pavel Durov there was no official confirmation of the ICO.

This is still unofficial any people should be waiting for the official announcement of telegram itself to be sure that there will an ICO or this is just another FUD,but i doubt telegram needs an ICO because im sure it has enough funds to start the development of their own platform network.People will surely joing this ICO if this is really going to happen it would be massive.

I'm almost certain that this is a scam. Just someone wanted to take advantage of the popularity of the telegram messenger and the good name of Pavel Durov. From the side of Pavel Durov there was no official confirmation of the ICO. 

I won't buy this token until it gets a cheap price with respect to the initial ico price. Because I feel like they're attempting to make a hype and this might end bad for the investors.
