They sold out the pre-ICO (1 million minimum investment), not they are holding a second pre-ICO for a total of $1.6 billion before the ICO itself. This seems way much of a cash-grab with no (blockchain) project behind it. Of course, I might be biast since I invested in KIN, the ICO of KIK messenger.

So how many people think the Accredited investors will dump their Gram tokens on the exchanges when they get released? Imagine buying about 5 million worth and selling them for 3x the amount. I wonder about start limits for joining the ICO and being an investor cos we all know everyone of us gonna participate if (when) ICO will be announced.
My guess it will be limited with start amount of investigation or smth connecting with doc's.

IMHO we should skip this moneygrab and start to search for some good projects. TON is worst one with a long waiting and biggest hardcap and huge bonuses for first come. If you will invest now you have a good chance to loose at least half of you investment. And don't forget, that they count in USD not in ETH. In 1 yearh ETH could easy do 10x in USD

I think this will be huge! And this ICO will bring great benefits to the whole cryptocurrency industry.
TON can be regarded as a decentralized supercomputer and value transfer system. TON, which promises to be an Ethereum-like ecosystem with apps, services, and a store for digital and physical goods.
Durov is an intelligent guy. I think much of what's been planned can happen.
A coin gram will undoubtedly be popular.

I don't know about this ICO as I haven't read details but generally when you are spotted such a sick low price in an ICO there is a vesting period which locks up the coins for a pre-determined amount of time. Would be thoroughly shocked if there wasn't at minimum a 6 month vesting period here, it would be horrendous for public investors if not.

Beware. Telegram ICO still doesn`t have any official site and official social links. As I know there will be no public ICO, just two rounds of private sale.
