I still do not understand why Telegram needs own coin, why they started collecting money in their private ICO sale. They need money? Okay, but they do not need "utility" token for inapp payments - my opinion.

Official announcement and website are also censored. All info about TON came from word of mouth with +/- words

This news has been here since January and in my opinion there is really no rush on the part of Telegram to make their coin and release it in the market. Maybe this is something like a special coin for special investors and not for everybody that is why it does not rattle bells in the news.

Well, icobench and icoholder seem to be normally rate. But who knows, maybe scam ICOs can buy a good rating there.

It's unrealistic to buy ratings on all listings, there are more than 100 of them. And popular projects are analyzed by almost all top experts. It is enough to see one negative report to understand everything.

You can use the sites where project scores are collected from all experts. At cryptodiffer, for example, about 20 experts are immediately visible.

Of course, the TON will be centralized. This coin is created to serve the application. I'm not sure that it is worth buying it to ordinary people in order to generate income. Coins sold hundreds of times cheaper for various funds, which will not allow ordinary investors to earn.
