Cryptonator issue, is it trying to scam us?

Hi guys,
Its been 14 days since i made a doge transaction, sent approx 23k doges to my wallet address of Cryptonator.
There was  no notification, balance hasn't been updated yet.
Dogechain shows the transaction is "not redeemed" and the balance is in that doge address but not in my cryptonator wallet.
I tried contacting Cryptonator, sent 3 mails, none of which i got reply to.
Is cryptonator trying to scam us?
If not why is their support system not responding to any pf the mails.

Well, I can't help you but I agree - I think Cryptonator ARE up to something.  My XRP wallet has been off line about 5 days, can't take it out, can't upload.  This message: * SEPA is OFF We had to temporarily disable SEPA euro withdrawals as our service partner Bitwala is experiencing difficulties with the processing bank. All recent euro withdrawals will be either processed on the next week or refunded*.  Tell ya summat, once (hopefully) it's up and running again I'll be taking my XLR away from them and not use them again,

how ever the incident that happened to you is the same as me. Balance LTC, DOGE and other coins do not arrive at my shipping wallet. I consider cryptonator fraud. Share to all altcoin users, do not use cryptonator services.

Hi, at least you got a response, i am dying to get even that response from them.
It's like they are not even getting my mails.
I tried to reach them via my friend's id but no success yet.
Let's see!
As far as  i know, all they need to do is synchronize my DOGE wallet.

Today, I check support ticket and still NO response from Cryptonator. ***So in light of this fact pattern I can say with objective conviction that Cryptonator is a SCAM of the worst magnitude. Total frauds! I am posting my entire ticket correspondence here for anyone to see, they never once responded from my ticket dating back to Dec. 27th 2017!
