Which quality do you think that a customer service officer must have to take good care for their customers?
I believe in ABCs of customer service
A = Attitude- not your customers attitude but your attitude alone, your tone of voice, how you deal with the customer, even body language all plays apart in the attitude that you convey to the customer
B = Business Knowledge - make sure your customer/s know that you are the expert, that you are the person that can help that customer with their issue/s.
It makes them feel very confident and comfortable with you as a professional.
C = Customer oriented service- dealing with one customer at a time, dealing with customers you need to use professionalism.
