Can ethereum be beat Bitcoin

Ethereum is mooning incredibly with stability, But bitcoin still a volatile coin. Lots of crypto expert telling that 2018 Will be for Ethereum. So, what do you think, Can Ethereum beat Bitcoin?

I think it is possible. You can check last six month. Ethereum  increasing better then biotcoin. I hope Ethereum will easily break the 2000$ price within this year.

I do not see that ETH can overcome the BTC, I see that when the BTC drops, it will pull the ETH price down, and vice versa, ETH although popular in the market but they can not overcome the price of BTC, Once the demand for ETH is high, BTC demand is high...

bitcoin is currently at $8,364 while ethereum is at $715   both coins have advantage, only that bitcoin is at a more higher position than ethereum coin.

 And also bitcoin has so much potential over ethereum because it's the first cryptocurrency. If ethereum is to beat bitcoin then it will take ages, but as for now bitcoin is the king!

It seems not possible or I would rather say it does look impossible. ETH though going good in the market with good graphs and high demand is still not in a position to pose any kind of threat to Bitcoin. Bitcoin is known as the king of crypto for it has been accepted world wide by almost all the big stores in Europe and across America as a medium of exchange. ETH has no such progress except few companies.

Interestingly, I saw that ethereum surpassed bitcoin in my dream last night. It was an exciting dream for me as an ethereum supporter. I believe this will be real in 2020 or late 2019. It's good to see the competition.

I do not think so. ETH is not in the position to beat Bitcoin because Bitcoin has vast applications and offer more services than ETH does. Also Bitcoin is more profitable than ETH and the term Popularity also matters a lot in the market which is the only reason for attracting demand out of many. Also the expected future return and the low risk factor is a good think only Bitcoin is known for.

it's a small possibility to beat bitcoin because bitcoin is the main coin and hence Ethereum can beat bitcoin for now because bitcoin is still decreasing and not stable and I know bitcoin can evaporate quickly because it has blockchain technology and to send, bitcoin is very long

bitcoin is the mother of all coins, bitcoin prices greatly affect the price of other coins, when the bitcoin price falls then the price of another coin will fall too, so it is very difficult for any coin that wants to go beat bitcoin.
