I heard that investing in bitcoin is dangerous. How true is this?  

Not only bitcoin each and every investment has its own risks so you have check what are all the risk there and invest on it. For example, if you invest your fund your money in crypto trading platform as price fluctuates you may find the amount reduced.
If you buy and hold the bitcoin also you may find the price drop and increase in the chart. So you wait for sometime to find the growth in the chart. Early investors on bitcoin and ethereum making big profit by holding itself.

Investing in Bitcoin depends on the user because they are the only ones who can make those big decisions in investing their own money. If they believe that bitcoin will still have their value higher than this present value, they will gain profit which will be good for the investor.

Yes that's true, it is risky investment considering other investments like stocks, properties etc. It is also hard to estimate risk in crypto investments.

It depends on you and which money you are putting into investing in BTC, I wouldn't recommend investing with all your savings just invest small amount which you are not planning to use for something else.

I don't think investing into bitcoin is dangerous. In early April 2013, the price per bitcoin dropped from $266 to around $50 and then rose to around $100 in July closing $1,242 on 29 November 2013. There is a possibility to hit 50k or more by the end of 2018. There is never too late to buy BTC as long as you willing to hold them long term IMO.

]As far as I see it is dangerous or not, it  depends on how you do it. In fact, there are a lot of people who view  btc as a formal job and many of them have become richer. However, some people have invested a lot of money in investing in btc.

i think it depends on the trader hehe. But me personally, i really don't see how this could be dangerous except for when you sell your house, car and belonging only to put into BTC. This irresponsibility is in my opinion the most dangerous thing about Bitcoin hehe anyway, good luck

I would agree that for every investment there is always a risk involved  however for BTC, the risk probability is not that high considering the volatility in the price market since it is normally happening. Certainly, per history of BTC has a trending of upward increase in its market price value. As for bitcoin investors, the skill is very necessary and the depth knowledge about the cryptocurrency world.
