There's a lot of fake phishing sites same as MEW but no one with a right mind will use this, lol. I check more than twice before  log in into MEW although I already have bookmarked this site.

I havent been using MyEtherwallet for some months yet. I dont even know if this service is working. The role of my main wallet was occupied by Metamask and some hardware wallets. Thats all I need.

MEW is safe, the upgraded interface is confusing many people. Now you can't even import private key, mnemonic, or keystore  directly on the website. You have to go through a hardwallet, metamask, mewconnect. I think I really like the new features, fostering security and user experience.

If it is a site you have been using before and if you have have it at the time you bookmarked it and you had no issue with it, then it is safe.
Anything bookmarked, cannot be altered, except you decide to alter it yourself.
Then if you are afraid of the changed interface, its no problem. It just got changed recently.

Well, those pages that bookmarked the most secure , I still haven't seen to crack the wallet via bookmarks , I think, for greater security, install metamast , it helps against phishing

Yeah I can understand you. There are lots of web pishing page which is pretend to be myetherwallet. So its a big problem for people. The best way for open myetherwallet is go to their medium or twitter channel and open form there. Or you can also Google it and the top link is main the original site. There are also some chrome or web extensions which point out between wrong and right websites but extensions are not all the time trusted. Always avoid links which is send by others and also bookmark the real one. Otherwise the original new is highly trusted.

Really did not have a mew with safety , I think generally all fall for the phish and it was hacked wallets , I think if you install all the security plugins and install metamask the purse will be safe !
