What you see on Daemon is normal and also for the miner. I suggest you use one of the poll mining that you find on the first page, with the miner you've downloaded it's hard to find blocks.

i was looking inside configuration file and help on github but couldn't find a way to join a pool
i know i know this is very newbie question but it's my first time & search engines couldn't help me through that's why i'm asking here

PS: my cpu is working normal and not showing any load on it
i don't think it's mining

PS: Solved by installing cpuminer-multi and adding pool address on minerd launch command
now processor is going to blast. lol
