In my opinion, if they didn't reach they're a max cap in time. The project may pause for a while and make new improvements and plans for the project again.

Actually they adopt the blockchain technology which they make some innovation to make things easy. Well, by reading it totally takes time just be patience if you want to know in this project but as I watch their video very nice and attractive which can give you some idea.
