I'll pay with USDs using the HD-Money currency system. The price will depend on the amounts. It will have to be under MtGox price, but I'll pay 110 USDs or more.
HD-Money is as anonymous, irreversible and secure as the dead Liberty Reserve. For many, it's better than Perfect Money. They don't even ask for your name or any other personal data. Panama based, in business since 2008. Transfers incur only in a 1% fee, with a maximum $2.99 fee.
The recent close of Liberty Reserve gave the opportunity to the American government to seize many exchangers of HD-Money, but there still exist some with good rates:
https://www.exchangesplus.com 2% Very old exchanger, good reputation, but sometimes is slow. Better write to him first.
http://www.cashgold.me 3% to withdraw to a bank; new exchanger, but seems honest (see http://www.talkgold.com/forum/showthread.php?t=393367&page=5)
https://velaexchange.co.uk/sell.htm - 5% to withdraw to bank (old exchanger, very good reputation)
Anyway, I never used them, therefore I'm not vouching for them. I can not be responsible if anything goes wrong. I'm already paying a premium over BTC-e and Bitstamp.
If I'm online, you will receive your USDs in minutes. Instant transactions.
Check my vouches in my signature. I haven dozens of trades, no one has ever complained.

Avoid like the plague this HD-Money exchangers:

By the way, read these rules to avoid being scammed here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=199658.0

The Rock Trading Exchange forges its order books with bots, uses them to scam customers and is trying to appropriate 35000 euro from a forum member https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.0
