Yobit.net | Problem on Deposit

Dears,

I sent ETH from Binance  to Yobit's Deposit address at 2018-01-09, and i have double checked address there is no problem and i am checking on etherscan.io and transaction done,  also Yobit get ETH to their account,

But on my account not showing any balance, I have opened 3 ticket (1 russian langue, 2 english) they dont answer my tickets,

Could you please help me ? what should i do ?

You did nothing wrong mate. Most of the problems that are existing with yobit is like this. When it comes to deposits they got problems, delay and stuck. When it comes to withdrawals, the problems are occurring. I don't know if the owner/s of yobit does have any plan of improving their service. Although there are traders that are still on their side but they must do something about this. Tickets will help you to report but it won't help as long as it's not reaching to any of their representative.

Clearly, the amount involved was not reflected yet on your Yobit account.

We can't help you here unless Yobit's bitcointalk account will noticed this thread (but it's now inactive I guess) and reached you but chances are really low. Tickets mostly answered by less than a week, over a couple a week, over a month and the worst case, it won't be responded.  Since we have nothing to do here, try to hunt the Yobit admin at their trollbox. They are active but Im not sure if they will respond to you.

Honestly I don't have a guts making a deposit at Yobit due to their poor handling of concerns even way back when the price of bitcoin is still @ $250+ and their site is not yet congested with request.

I still remember those years when bitcoins price was still low but the support system of yobit until into these days still sucks or become even more worst as of now.Im confused why they are still up and some people still decide to use them after all these years. Regarding on support tickets and resolving issues then I would say it would really takes ages for them to reply on regarding on your query or concern that's why if you did able to get those funds, withdraw it immediately and don't ever look back.

What should you do? STOP sending coins to Yobit! That's what you should do. The reason for the immense losses suffered by many here is because they continue to blindly trust in Yobit despite the endless scam accusations and complaints.

I can't understand why this trust is strong and not even slightly eroded. Their extent of scamming is for all to see here, exposed and even negged so red that it can't get any redder. Yobit's people are just sitting back, having cup after cup of cafe latte, watching their hot wallets grow fat with coins.

Simply google-search "yobit scam", then think again. Stop sending coins to this exchange. That's what everyone should do.

I risks some coins just now to test if I will have the same problem about deposits too. It's been almost a year now since the last time I made a deposit here. Like I mentioned above, I don't have a guts making again a deposits here but I want to check if this will goes smoothly so that others can take this as reference too. The only difference is, OP deposits ETH while Im going to deposit a token.

For those who will asked why I did this even the exchange is shit, like I said, it's a risk. Mainly for testing purposes.  Second, the token (Ieth) was only actively tradeable at Yobit (pumped at 900% earlier) that's why I came up to my mind to test the deposits here. All in all it goes smooth and only takes less than a minute to arrived. Whew.

I made a deposit of ECASH tonight on Yobit, and nothing appear on my wallet. I checked everything, my Tx , my adress ... it seems that my ECASH arrived on Yobit address but nothing appear on my wallet ... I just sent a message for this problem, I hope have an answer soon , but I think it's the last time I send token to Yobit if it's not resolved soon.

In the Ethereum Block Explorer I see now, that my ECASH arrived in the Yobit wallet at the end. But I can also see an outgoing transaction five hours later, I haven't executed, that nullifies my deposit.

Nearly 24 hours of uncertainty, but everything is fine now. I would have been grateful for some information from the Yobit staff though.
The reason for the delay is unknown, so I wont't/can't judge.
