What will happen with the Universal coin that was distributed earlier to ETH wallets? will there be a swap from UNV at ETH to ETC?

Also, the Android app is not working properly, when adding a new account it just sends an error message that user was already registered, even if the email wasn't registered before.

the Reddit said they will send on the Tuesday after each claim window.  I am also waiting.

I don't know about it myself, so I think there is no choice but to be patient and keep waiting for the latest news, hopefully in the near future the team can provide information about it

It is with deepest regret that we announce the closure of the UniversalCoin distribution, and the UniversalCoin project as a whole. Due to increasingly sophisticated attacks on our claim process, we do not have the resources to keep the distribution running fairly.

We are extremely sorry that we aren’t able to complete the distribution. We saw an incredible community come together around UniversalCoin and it hurts to let you down.

The apps will be removed from the store, and remaining funds from the fundraiser will be returned to contributors.

There are some hope that this is not end yet. Some news from telegram:
 
As previously communicated by Adam, he and the original UniversalCoin team have stepped away from the project. This was due to increasingly sophisticated attacks on the claim process and as such the resources were not available to keep the distribution running fairly.

The crack team has assembled to start working on the distribution issues. Will provide further updates when we can. Any ideas still very much welcome.

UniversalCoin new team is making progress

They have selected the 1st of October 2019 as the day when new site will go live.

On the 1st of October, you will be able to:
 - Access https://universalcoin.io
 - Create your account and fill in the details
 - View the dashboard with their Twitter updates and message board
 - Read through the FAQs and find more help

Claims systems will not be operational on that date but will be brought online as soon as they can after launch.
