Ethereum prediction in 2018

At the moment ethereum has passed the 1000$ limit. what will happen at the end of 2018. will it passed the Bit coin ?

Ethereum is a really profitable and promising coin. Finally it started to show itself and reached really great prices. I hope that it will reach new great prices like $2000 & $3000 or much more in a near future.

No one can correct prediction about future of anything but in my opinion it can go upto 2500$ in 2018. It is in big bull phase but there is a huge congestion of transactions otherwise it will go to moon rapidly.

In the mid 2018, eth will be 2000. In the end of 2018 eth will be 2500 - 3000. I hope the price will rise slowly. If there is no more government regulation Issues, cryptos will be the most hunted investment platform. WHen share holders trade cryptocurrencies they will spend their cash in trading cryptos. It means there is high demand.

There are so many buzz and noise going around Ethereum lately. It gained some considerable value, which it has not shown in the past months. I think people are beginning to be hopeful that it could again regain its power, because at one point, it was the second most popular and powerful cryptocurrency around, second only to bitcoin. Also, it has proven how reliable it is many times over, which is somewhat a safe bet for people in the cryptocurrency world.

I think there are some other things to take into consideration other than the monetary value of ETH (as important as that is).

I hope that it will become a name more people are familiar with (like btc), and get more news coverage and attention. After that of course more and more people will start investing in it.

It seems that ETH will gain more % wise compared to BTC.  I expect ETH to rise fast to $4k by mid-summer and maybe end 2018 around $4.5k - 5k.  ICO burn-out/ regulation will continue to take hold as the year progresses and the market matures.

I think etherium won't beat bitcoin in the neariest future. Support of bitcoins too much. What cause pric of etherium at the end of 2018 , I think it will be something about 3000 of usd, maybe less but not more.

Ethereum can be speculated to go as high as 5K this year end because everything from the ETH project side looks fully developed. I mean new ICO's are coming with huge demand of the ETH blockchain with their ICO token values more than 1 and 2 USD per coin. This effects the investment portfolio into ETH indirectly and helps it grow naturally. When this process will continue throughout this year then it will help achieve ATH for the market cap of the ETH.

In addition to this, ETH will keep growing unless and until BTC solves the scale up issues. Until the time ETH will be used to transact bigger amounts of money instead and thus will gain more market. This is the reason which is why its gaining popularity and crossed the 1K value. Feels great to know that it could go beyond 5K too.

The congestion was solved by making the fees higher around 25 gwei, $3 but this is not a perfect solution for sure. Once they reach a working solution, we can see ethereum around $4,000 this year without worries.

Ethereum has this slow but stable growth and with bitcoin's deliberate fluctuating value, it has
been everyone's long term altcoin of choice. I believe Ethereum will still have this slow steady
and gradual behavior in the market, but with assertive profitable potential. It may rival btc
but it still has a long way if it's to overtake bitcoin.

It is really a good thing to show that ethereum have dominating again in the market. Just like bitcoin, ethereum will surely continue soaring but it won't get to much to surpass bitcoin price.

Ethereum will definitely surpass bitcoin in 2018. Unless bitcoin holders and miners decide they want to make some real changes. Right now bitcoin just has too much drama surrounding it. The only thing that might make it rise further would be social unrest in a big country.

I think we will see Ethereum pass 3k in 2018, the optimistic part of me thinks that it can reach 5k or even 10k but the logical part tells me that's too much and too soon. Let's see how the updates proposed for this year go.

In my opinion,  ethereum price will go higher than 2000 USD because in short period of time, the price of ethereum increased to $1000 from $300 so I predict that it will go as high as $3000 this year.
