I think it will be much lower than that $5-8k for ETH... if we look at market price at this unfavourable moment, it will be hard for any coins to rise again and reach their price at the beginning of 2018, or maybe early february.

ethereum passed $1000 but for now going down to $700 looks like going back to $300
so sad but you can buy some and saving it

it will be difficult to reach $ 5 - 8k because we know that now again the price decline of all coins in the market. and also the prices of all atcoins are interdependent. but to reach $ 2 - 3k I think there is a possibility because eth will fight better and the price will stabilize again.

Ethereum already costs 800 dollars. Yes, it is certainly lower than it cost recently, but I'm very optimistic about the future for this currency. According to my feelings ethereum in 2018 can cost about $ 3000.

I think the possible price of the ethereum coin this year will be $5000. Because for sure the price of the ethereum will back again $1000and possible become $2000 this month.  You can buy if you want to buy ethereum now and hold it for few years and you will male a lpt of profit for sure after holding.  Bitcoin price decreased so better to buy but It's hard to predict as of now what possible price in upcoming days.

Yes, new projects will make ethereum only stronger. Therefore, I also see the reasons only for the growth of eth.

I believed in Ethereum in which the platform was commonly used by most of the ICO for their token projects but i don't think it will surpass Bitcoin in just one year because it is very impossible. Even it is perfect time to buy Ethereum after the corrections but we must not forget that Bitcoin is much favorite of the crowds specially that Bitcoin is much cheaper to purchase too.
