Do I understand correctly that all online stores have to pay for measurements and then to pay deductions you from each sale?

Do you intend evolving into a joint-stock company? Will it be possible to invest on IPO, not ICO?

This is a real process. We are considering the creation of joint ventures with venture investors to scale the project. It is possible to conduct an IPO on this basis.

With that we claim that IPO and ICO processes can work together to be a driving force for achieving our goal: the transfer of most trade clothing and shoes online.

We believe that soon online trading will be affordable, convenient, comfortable, guaranteed with the choice of size and comfort, financially profitable, will allow everyone to shop from a huge global range of products.

Why do you need a separate ecosystem? Wouldn’t it be easier to co-operate with other retail blockchain projects?

Have you been doing anything to attract online stores? Or you work only with those who connected to the system for now?

• The closest event is Chinese investment AVCJ forum

• Moreover, Hong Kong will be holding an exhibition on the subject of clothing and shoes retail at the start of March.
• In April there will be the forum on blockchain in Florida, the USA.

Visiting specializes international footwear exhibitions, MOSSHOES (Moscow, Russia) in 2016 and 2017, for example, showed interest for our contactless fitting service from all the sellers and manufacturers of footwear, which we managed to meet.  Of all potential clients, we have stopped out attention on three main players on the Russian footwear online market: Wildberries, SportMaster, and RunLab.  Together, they occupy not less than 70% of the Russian market. Based on mutual interest, commercial contracts with RunLab (09.02.2010)- the supplier of sports footwear of world brands, with Wildberries and Sportmaster – contracts of intentions are signed.

But we have meetings and preliminary negotiations with more than 50 online stores in Russia, which are ready to start working with the service. We will start this integration during the Token-Sale.  Wink

Our ecosystem is based on Imigize service database.  Wink

If there will be services compatible with ours, we are ready to co-operate. It’s always beneficial for the market. However, there are no sufficiently developed specialized ecosystems as of today to which we could connect.

Even though we have a patent priority and place a patent application in the USA, China, EU, Russia, and Japan as countries where we want to implement our project firstly, this possibility exists. Thus, we set a task to cover the maximum of footwear and clothes online market during this stage. We are not afraid of competition because we think it plays a crucial role in the progress of the economy and technology. There will be competitors, and we will work with them.

Not quite. We measure shoes and footwear at our own expense. Shops pay only for the service. Service monetization model: Cost-per-Sale is 3-5% by a store from each sold pair of shoes.
To reduce costs on items digitalization we are building measurement centers close to global production locations.

What is the cost of the equipment for measurement centers? Haven’t you undersold with the hard cap?

Indeed, the industrial process of measurements is based on modern and expensive equipment. But with mass use, it provides an economic benefit.
The prime cost of the measurement of one pair of shoes doesn't exceed US$ 0,5. At the same time, shops are ready to pay US$ 2,5 for fitting.

We intend to build about 15 high-performance centers (with a capacity up to 15 million pairs per year) in the locations of clothes and shoes global production, as we intend to cover most of the goods with measurements that to world’s major online retailers.

How and at what cost a refund will take place if the project will not be launched?

Everything is spelled out in smart-contracts. If a necessary amount won’t be raised for the project realization, there will be a refund for token holders.
The project was developing, is developing and will be developing regardless of ICO success. We have own funds and conduct negotiations with venture capitalists. There are already agreements on joint activities for the construction of the first measurement centers and integration with the world's online stores.

The successful Token-Sale will surely allow us to advance the service scaling to global markets and to achieve the planned results in a shorter time, to return the occupied funds.

You don’t have clothes and footwear shops owners or manufacturers in your team. Why? Doesn’t it weaken the project marketing on the market?

First of all - we have professional footwear/clothing manufacturers and owners in our team. Just wait a little -we are updating the page with our International Advisors.

Secondly - we cooperate closely with the Saint-Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design. This is one of most professional Universities in Russia. There are many people involed into the R&D in our head company.

Thirdly - our current corporate customers Wildberries, Runlab, Sportmaster are highly proefesional teams with deep expertise in Clothing and Footwear. Wildberries has its own production unit of clothing, Runlab and Sportmaster have their own laboratories for running shoes. We get a strong synergy from this cooperation.

I think that the team should give them more information about the project. Perhaps there is not enough data.

When will you launch the beta version of the app for clothes? Wonder about the theory of operation.
