The project is a pure fiction becouse of:
- CIS team with low google translation skills
- btw is a full centralized project with manual governance
- there are 0 devs in the team
- there are no any development progress from the project's start
- any can be banned for any reason in telegram
- all official announcements from the team don't match with reality

Your response to this recent btw update seem to be loopsided and has escaped to focus on the facts, rather it has focused on speculative allegations. I want to point out the following knowledge factors to you.
1.) The UCC (Uniform Commercial Code), enables banks, mortgage companies and other companies to file financial claims against secured collaterals of the individuals (debtor) located within the states. Therefore the secured party, in this case DAO of Bitwhite wallet can make a filing in the repository.

2.) Because you could also make a filing within minutes does not discredit all other legitimate filings made in the repository. A certified search feature in the UCC system allows for verification of a filed financial statement. only through this channel can you truly declare a filing null and void.

3.) The sensitive nature of the IBOE makes disclosure of some of the clear details limited. however by the certified search inquiry, you will be able to verify the absolute credibility or falsehood of the IBOE filed by DAO of Bitwhite.
you are welcome to investigate this and come up with evidence based criticism and scam claims. until then, you cant on authority state that Bitwhite is scam.

4.) In relation to your allegations of btw not providing updates, I refer you to a post made on Bitwhite twitter page making out a call for testers to join their testnet environment and work with developers to do a final series of tests for their blockchain updates. If you can meet the minimal programming criteria, please join the testers as this coin prepares to realease a grand update. Here is the link

This company is fake. They are just trying to make money. They have no project assigned to their coin that I can see on their site. If you notice there is no movement in their coin so they are trying to find a way to get more money from anyone. They have millions of coin that they are holding on to waiting for the coin to go up and then they will cash out and leave you with coin worth nothing. There are many legit coins out there that actually have a product attached to the coin and dont stay in hiding. Beware of this coin. I am a UCC specialist and notice this registration of an IBOE has nothing showing what this IBOE is attached too or backed by.  I have seen many registrations of different types of instruments to include IBOEs and this one was not done correctly. The registration number is fake. I looked it up and there is no such registration number on file. Whoever put this together have no idea how to register instruments and place on the UCC properly. Their verbiage is great but their info in incorrect. They probably copied it from someone and put fake info there. There is nothing showing that the Treasury has any knowledge of this instrument. One way is to confirm the registration number which will show its attachment to the US Treasury. Everyone does not know how to do this. All that was done is placing this info on a site and finding dummies to believe them. They have no numbers to contact anyone. There is no lawyers to contact for verification of this coin. I have seen this many times on these get rich quick type scavengers.
