Can someone explain to me wich CPU  I have to choose for Primecoin mining and why?

AMD Vishera FX 8320 - http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-FX-Series%20FX-8320.html

Intel Core i5 4570 Haswell - http://ark.intel.com/products/75043/

I have to pay 200$ for each, the price is equal so wich is better?

AMD Vishera FX 8320 is better, more Cores.

lol

performance test:
http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/367/AMD_FX-Series_FX-8320_vs_Intel_Core_i5_i5-4570.html

My opinion is: it's all about the same, because one core Intel ~= 2 core's AMD (price and performance)

Best choice is 4570K + overclock

Well i have several VPS with Xenons and Opterons ... 2 opteron's cores costs like 1 Xenon's if you buy processors ... But Opterons perform 1.5-2 times better... ( i mean 6 core Xenon vs 12 Core Opteron ) that's why.
Cache is important but not that much for Prime search ... In your link i see AMD has mbetter memory performance +++ it's more imortant i think.
and Second ... really for prime search you need execution units ... Cores.

I dont really think its a great time to be dropping $200 on a cpu if you are just planning to mine Primecoin.

On my intel i7 at ypool I am making about $2 a day before electricity (its my work computer so its always on anyway).  So it would take about 100 days to make ROI but with the recent developments in GPU mining progressing nicely, it seems CPU mining may be blown out of the water long before then.  Of course we may yet discover that GPU mining isnt much more efficient all-in-all but it is certainly something to consider before spending on new hardware.

Go for the Haswell, it has the new AVX2 instructions that runs poolers cpuminer almost twice as fast as the "old" AVX intels, when mining other coins than XPM.

AMDs support for AVX is slow.
