Anyone get in on Polymath's airdrop? Recently posted this in their telegram announcements channel: "AIRDROP ANNOUNCEMENT: We will be airdropping a total of 10,000,000 POLY tokens and you can claim yours very soon! We are giving a maximum of 250 POLY tokens per person, and once the 10,000,000 cap is reached, no more will be given out. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR TOKENS: Due to the unprecedented interest in the Polymath Airdrop (40,000+ applications from around the globe), we’ve greatly increased the amount of tokens we’re giving away. To fairly oversee this initiative we are requiring that each Airdrop participant completes a Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML) process. This way, we can ensure that only real Polymath platform users receive tokens (instead of bots) which allows us to be more generous in the amount we’re distributing. Additionally, by completing the KYC/AML process, you’ll be automatically on-boarded to the platform and one step closer to purchasing securities tokens! To complete this final step of the Airdrop, we will be providing the link for the KYC/AML process in TWO DAYS. This KYC/AML portal will only remain open until January 17th! Tokens will be distributed to eligible participants on January 24th. The tokens will then be yours to use to interact with the Polymath platform." SO generous of them imo. POLY will be huge since they're breaking into securities. If you want to get in on the airdrop, just visit their website https://polymath.network/

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Thanks for the info. I was only expecting them to airdrop 2 million, but this changes the game. Polymath will be a big platform that sets the pace for crypto.

Is it confirmed that Polymath already has 40,000 approved KYC applications? If not, what happens to those tokens? Will it be burned or distributed to those who passed KYC.

The KYC site has been down since mid-day yesterday. Hopefully they will get it straightened out. This has been a frustrating experience.

on their website so far nothing has changed. judging the information the window of possibilities will close already on the 17th, but these very possibilities pass verification so far and have not been noticed by me.

Thank you for sharing! Hopefully they clear the backlog and accept new applications. Very exciting project. Not in it only for the airdrop, but the implications of a project like theirs. The fact they they would be creating the stock market on the blockchain means 24/7/365 trading. Will be following this one closely

They send you a link with "your" ETH address. If you are registered. When you put it in on the site it doesn't work? Anybody use the link?

I have tried to get the airdrop on January 17 visiting their site after that I have received an email by them but for some reason it was not possible. I have just found links for buying their tokens. I thought it was just advertising.

Many people who registered before Jan 10 now find their Eth address is not on KYC database and support desk give the same vague answer. Thinking back, it's so convenient that they never sent a confirmation email when people registered for their airdrop before Jan 10, so now they can shift the blame to us that we did not register.

thanks for updated mate this project is very serious because they provide KYC For business identification and authentication of its clients' identification. The term is also used to refer to bank regulations and anti-money laundering governing these activities.

To make it so complicate to get an airdrop is counterproductive. Every sane person would just give it up because unless proven the contrary their tokens are nothing worth - they may perhaps be something worth in future and they may even moon one, but if you really want them it is cheaper to buy them for peanuts on EtherDelta when the airdrop will get dumped instead of losing now a whole lot of time for getting a few free coins through the airdrop.

driver's licence or other government ID is fine. token.polymath.network I also verified kyc with my driver license, it said that was confirmed. I'm curious when they will send the airdrop tokens. Do you guys have any idea? Usually I don't get so excited for airdrop tokens but I somehow expect that polymath tokens might become valuable super fast.

For those who missed out on the opportunity to get their 250 Poly (now worth around 300 USD), it seems that there is still a small chance to get some Poly for free. Poly has claimed to give away 250 coins to three new members of their Telegram group every day. However, I have no idea how this will work exactly.
