usually there is an email address listed on that locked notification page, try emailing theymos thru that
you can also pm Cyrus or one of the global moderators on this forum
if it's a simple lockout condition, they usually can help you unlock it without much problems

I sent the email about a month ago and waited to see if I got a response because I know they are busy. I just messaged Cyrus. Hopefully, I'll get a response. Thanks for your suggestion.

You will need to go back through your "last posts of this person" to find a post where you posted a BTC/ALT address.
That needs to be the address that you sign your message from. They use it to verify your ownership.

The recovery process is the same and proof is required. Email accounts are often sold with account.

In 2015, there was a database leak, and many accounts got hacked. Those that didn't, got locked. You will STILL need to provide proof YOU are the actual owner of the account. You WILL need to sign a signature to do that. You are not the first person who had to do this. If you want the account back, this is THE ONLY WAY to do so.

I'm not mistaken. I already linked what you need to do, to get access to your account. I was here in 2015, and had to do it myself. If you don't want help, I'll stop replying.  Goodluck.

Look. I completely understand how confusing, and frustrating this situation is. I know because I had to do the same EXACT thing. I still had my password too. Thousands of accounts got locked. They were locked to protect users from getting their accounts Hacked/Stolen, from the database PASSWORD leak. This thread is a result from the leak:

 Now, take a look through the Meta section. Ignore the spammy merit posts, and you'll see, dozens of posts regarding Hacked or Stolen accounts. People STEAL accounts here, for the sake of making money, and it's a Cancer in this forum. It happens everyday.

In order to get ANY admin or mods to help you, proof of ownership is going to be required. Regardless of the fact, that your account wasn't hacked or stolen.
