Franktank,

At first I thought it was an issue with a previous unconfirmed transaction which was showing in his account balance - this would cause him to see a positive balance but not "really" have access to the bitcoin, so when he attempted to send it offsite it would result in another unconfirmed transaction.

This wasn't the case, however, so I forwarded his case and a couple others like his to our lead engineer, who pushed a fix that seemed to correct the other users' problems but not rockxie's. Now we're looking at it again.

I know the delay on this case is unacceptable, but we're working now to find the bug and patch it as soon as we can.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Coinbase canceled my .5 BTC as "high risk".

Email me at support[at]coinbase.com and I'll manually examine your account - apologies for the trouble!

Coinbase lowered instant buys to 10btc a week, to help protect itself from fraud.

I haven't got my bitcoins until now,since a month ago,I can't believe that they are a start-up company.

What can I do now ? Is there any place that I can complaint?

I have 85.78BTC that can't send out, they are payment of Block Erupter Blades from customers a month ago. Can I get them back with traditional through legal channels?

Support email don't reply me now.

I'm waiting for too long time.

Olaf, Could you please spend some time on my problem ? How could this happen ? Why do you want custumers to wait for your website's bug.

They never replied besides automated msg when I had several problems...BTW Ive been there for about 1 and a half months and I still need to wait 18 days for verification lv 2 because they cancelled a transaction and set my 8 days left count back to 30. I hate that company, they dont even have a phone # listed when I tried a directory. Thats just sketchy as FU&* in all ways/

Seems even to this day they are having trouble getting shit straight. They verified an account and when selling bitcoins they stated account not found. Then of course my 3 BTC would be refunded, it is now more than 24 hours later and I'm still waiting... Not happy

Haven't experienced any problems with them lately. Their support took a whole week to answer my email, though.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

So finally the problem seems  to have been resolved. Here was reply:

Quote
It was somehow recorded in your balance twice adding 85.44 BTC twice to your account. So when you tried to send the additional 85 BTC out of your account, it was staying pending because those bitcoin were already spent.

And my account was adjust to 0.2btc  Cry

Perhaps this was the trueth , but I have been unable to reconciliation now ,as too many transations in my account.

Anyway this post is ended now,Thanks for your attention.
