The fastest way is write 30 posts until the evening of February 13

Time periods change every two weeks and January 16 is such a day. The next such day will be January 30 and February 13 . It this days that the maximum activity value increases. you need 30 activity for JR. This is 3 periods of 2 weeks

First you have to up your rank up to jr.member and for that you have to take a part in a forum discussions on daily basis. Atleast 5 post daily required. Once your rank will increase then you can participate in bounties, signature campaigns etc. But do proper study first.

Yeah, that is true. The maximum activity points you can get every day is 1 no matter how many posts you have made. Depending on what day you have started the maximum activity point you can get in 2 weeks is just 14.

Yeah that's true my friend told me about that.
14 posts in 2 weeks span.
Make 16 posts for next 2 weeks to make it 30 in total posts to qualify for jr. member rank.
Update will be done every Tuesday system time.

It works a bit differently. You can't get the activity higher than 14 in 2 weeks and higher than 28 in 4 weeks. So, as I understand, you need 6 weeks to become a Jr.member.

You just need to be active mate by posting/commenting. You can ask questions as well, there was this guide that I was able to read, it actually helped me a lot. I'll try to post it here once I find it again. You can check your profile to see your progress.

Yes correct, you need to make a post at least once per day. Also your activity points are only counted every two weeks so you need to wait until 6 weeks to get a Jr. member badge.
