I actually have a hotel booked but hesitated to buy a ticket at $500. Seemed steep. After much deliberation I decided to bite the bullet and now it's $1,000. Ouch! Probably not going now.

Anyone been to something like this? Is it worth the money?

I'm going to it, and have been to the last several in Miami every year.  I would say its normally worth it, but this year half the conferences are ICO pitches, so I'm frustrated by the repetitive ICO content.  Previously the price was much less.  Now its $500, which I feel is steep.

I will be attending Miami conference next week as I stay in Atlanta and it is few hours of drive from here. I will tell you this- If you want to increase your confidence on the future development work happening in the space of bitcoin and crypto, $1000 is worth it.
