Sapien Network team has announced that all tokens are blocked. How can the SPN tokens be traded on mentioned exchanges?

Etherdelta is a decentralized exchange and all the Ethereum based tokens are listed automatically. Also, for submitting a buy order you don't need Sapien balance. But no one can sell any tokens as they are locked.

Yes, but still, they didn't announce about the exchange after completion of the ICO? How long it is going to take for listing SAPIEN in the exchanges? They managed to reach the hard cap but still, they can't list in the exchanges.

I think so too. Team have enough time for all organizational issues for listing their tokens on some exchange with big trade volumes.

Finding for exchange there is no need of locking because without any exchange how can people trade it. Whether they are developing any product in the mean time I don't think so, whether thru are attending any block chain conference in order to get awareness about the project.

Actually that is not true.
Once it is unlocked, you can trade it in decentralized exchanges.
As you can see, IDEX always lists tokens before centralized exchanges.

At least they need to give a proper answer for locking the coins, either they are doing any development or doing any major conferences in order to get awareness about the project. Do they need to give the proper reason for locking the coins?

They are focused on Beta only. They have a month to open the lock. I think they do not think about exchange. Or they can not tell us. They are going to give an information at the end of June.

As long as the team can deliver good products, listing in exchanges weeks after unlocking tokens won't be a problem.
The market will give it a reasonable price.

I think they want price to not fall in decentralized exchanges with low volumes. They want trades to start in a big exchange and after some developments.

Delay unlock token due to input from their legal team and has nothing to do with decentralized exchange or to keep prices from falling.
Even until now dev never give a statement that this token will be listed in the big exchange after 14 June

they decided to release tokens once the platform is ready, so the tokens will be utility tokens, rather than security tokens. when you have a statement from legal side that you have a platform and tokens are already usable, then you can list way easier on the three exchanges mentioned above, because right now this is the biggest hold up

Has all the makings of a great project: great team, great idea, you name it. There are some minor "bumps" here and there, but I really think this is the coin that was made to #HODL
