MY Name is moogle. I've been around a couple months on here. I've loaned money out, been scammed by vfdragon and bought a few block erupters :-)

As much fun as the block erupters are i've since sold most of them on ebay for profit and am now looking to invest in something a bit more heavy duty!

Introducing.. The hashfast baby jet!
I'm willing to split this down to 80 shares each priced at 0.75BTC which will get around 5GHash per second.
Payments would be made at the end of each month with a 3% fee taken out and the miner will be on until it is no longer deemed profitable to do so.
The miner will be hosted in England.

Shipments anticipated to begin: October 20-30, in order of purchase so not a huge wait for this.

I'm willing to use escro if need be but the price of this will be added on to the 0.75 (usually only 1.5% with john k so not a major amount)
If people are fine not using escro then money can be sent to my inputs.io address: 17LGR7ioLGYTde21dNoNPdR2RTfNEgBrjp or username Boxxie

The address you send from will be the one used to pay you. Unless you specify otherwise.

Any questions.

There are: 61 shares remaining

Shares:
Moogle 10 - BTC7.5
*coin chat user*: 1 - BTC0.75
grchris: 3 - BTC2.25 [to pay]
Valgron: 5 - BTC3.75 paid

*all BTC now refunded*

Would it be possible to pay for a few shares with Paypal?
I am fine with paying a small up-charge fee if logical.

Thanks

Interested, but in the same situation.. would you accept Paypal (I'll absorb the fees via gift option)?

This is like third message I've had about paying via paypal.

I was originally going to say no due to possibility of chargebacks etc but if theres a chargeback then I simply wont pay you for your shares Tongue

So yes I will take paypal at the mtgox exchange rate currently at $113.33000 per bitcoin making each share $85. you can either pay by gift where you pay fees where applicable or pay by regular method but add on 4% for the fees ($88.40 per share)

i'll pm you both my paypal address now

Thanks for the reply Moogle!

Could you please let me know if you have already placed the pre-order.
At this point Hashfast is claiming 179 are left from the 550 to be sold.
Since they are saying that they will ship according to the order of purchase
could you please let me know if you have already got your spot in line.

Thanks,

GrChris

Unfortunately not. If I had $6000 I'd have bought it myself
Of the 3 interested parties who've asked about PayPal though non have actually confirmed how many shares they are interested in or have paid anything so not even sure how close we are to the 80 shares total

I see.

Me personally since I am new to the whole scene I will get three shares but I will wait and send payment
once you have an indication that you are getting a little closer to 80.

Hopefully this will happen before the 179 left get sold out,
What happens if pay now but you get nowhere near 80 shares?

Thanks

guesses as to why this isn't popular:
who are you?
why should we trust you? (quick answer, set up the entire purchase to be though escrow)
what are contingency plans in case of non-delivery?
plans for pool/data center hosting/power?
do you have a partner that can take over (in case you disappear, which happens)?
what happens to old equipment, how long is this for?

for the most part, look like this:

i states who i was in the first post

i offered escrow from the beginning but if people are going to be paying half through paypal and half through bitcoin it aint gonna work.

in the even on non delivery i'll be doing the same thing everyone else would be doing and be pooling our efforts into recovering funds.

The pool to be used would be eligius

i live with my girlfriend in a 3 bedroom house. one room is an office for my business where the machine will be located.

in the event of my death my girlfriend will still have the house and the machine will remain mining.

as stated in the first post the machine will continue to mine until the difficulty is so high that it is no longer profitable to mine

if we dont get to the 80 shares before they sell out then the money would be refunded back to the addresses requested to have the monthly payments made to

Thanks Moogle just sent payment, hopefully you'll get enough to go ahead with this.

If my slow mining operation allows it I'll buy more shares soon.

They've only got 70 babyjets left, maybe if you added to your T & C's and expand it a little people might be more willing to commit a bit more.

Also where are you in England?
