I should be able to get a refund on my 30GHs and 60GHs BFL miners.  They are March this year.  I had a previous (august 2012) 30GHs order that was refunded last year.  I regret cancelling that order now.  I reordered and got sucked in again with the hype, but what should i do with my other 2 BFL orders.

1. Wait for my ASICs ?   or

Get a refund and...

2. Order with KnC

3. Invest in Scryrpt GPU's (maybe wait till 9000 series)

4. order with some other ASIC maker

5. wait for more efficient and cheaper models to emerge

6. wait for some sort of scrypt ASIC (if it ever happens)

7. Invest in Crypto

8. Invest in a crypto service!

9. Run away and forget BTC, LTC and all the rest.

I would love to hear people opinions Smiley

How did you pay for your order with BFL? Aren't they no longer honoring refunds now (unless you raise a big stink with your cc company / paypal)?

If by "invest in crypto" you mean "invest in a cryptocurrency," as in just buy bitcoins, then that would be what I would do.

Bitcoin is the ultimate freedom test. It tells you who is giving lip service and who genuinely believes in it.

In the future, books that summarize the history of money will have a line that says, “and then came bitcoin.” It is the economic singularity. And we are living in it now. - Ryan Dickherber

ATTENTION BFL MINING NEWBS: Just got your Jalapenos in? Wondering how to get the most value for the least hassle? Give BitMinter a try! It's a smaller pool with a fair & low-fee payment method, lots of statistical feedback, and it's easier than EasyMiner! (Yes, we want your hashing power, but seriously, it IS the easiest pool to use! Sign up in seconds to try it!)

I looked around briefly there but I couldn't figure out what exactly is going on there. Is this buying a stock or what is it really?

Yes, buy shares from a mining company, collect dividends, sell shares higher, ... , profit!

Ah, so this is a little different than group buys in the mining subforum.

Most share holders are looking for a quick profit in short term

but in long term it has a very good potential to turn out quite good
