You're an idiot who doesn't know what words mean. A "subpoena" is not some scary weapon you can use as a vague threat. It's a standard court order which is a typical means of obtaining evidence, and as I recall the forum has complied with several subpoenas over the years. It's also both an empty threat and plainly stupid to suggest that legal action can be taken against someone for refusing to provide private information without a subpoena, when the opposite is the case: providing private information
without a valid court order is a breach of privacy that the forum can be held liable for. Incidentally, for someone to be considered a "fugitive", they have to already be charged with a crime and have an outstanding arrest warrant, in which case it's a matter for the police, who BTW are smart enough to get a subpoena
before asking for private information about the person whom they're investigating.
