Bitcoin is not anonymity in my opinion. Because bitcoin Wallet is available to provide information for everyone. It shows that bitcoin is not really anonymous.
Its  anonymous since users  cannot be identified personally, but  it is also a digital and using Internet it is traceable, and the security is still  developing and continually improving for  the convenience and security of the users

My questions is not on the technical side, since obviously you can create an address in a very much anonymous way. However, when it comes to spending it or convert it into fiat or even when spending it on a legit shop online you have to leave an identity trace.

I know that with small transactions is fine, under the radar basically, but what happens with significant ammounts?

I am asking this because I intend to become rich in 4 or 5 weeks Grin Grin

As far I know, bitcoin firstly used for peer to peer transaction and thats why called bitcoin transaction anonymous because the transaction not using third intermediaries like banks and only known by those two people who made transaction.
But right now, many peoples using bitcoin for investment and for trade, and some exchanger require our identity for government regulation

Bitcoin is not anonymous because everybody trace your wallet address. Because there are some wallets online that need your identity to register likes coins.ph and many more . But if you want a wallet that does not need identification ,you can use block.io or search in online for more.

First of all, I wish you success on your plans of becoming rich within four to five weeks🙂. As for whether Bitcoin is anonymous, I do consider it anonymous but most experts have claimed that the idea of Bitcoin being anonymous is false and that Bitcoin is pseudo–anonymous. Maybe it’s true, but from the way Bitcoin is being used, it will be quite hard for you to be able to trace anyone with it unless they withdraw it to their bank, then you can trace to the account the money was withdrawn to in bank. Well, I don’t know how this works, so maybe it will not be anonymous.

Bitcoin transaction data is transmitted and forwarded by a node to a random set of nodes on a peer-to-peer network. While Bitcoin nodes are connected to each other using IP-addresses, it is not necessarily clear to the nodes whether the transaction data they receive is created by the nodes they are connected to, or if it is concluded that is only forwarded by the data.

Yes it is true, there is no doubt that bitcoin is 100% anonymous, we can easily send bitcoins without our identity, everybody will find it difficult to track bitcoins because 1 wallet account in coinbase or xapo can create unlimited wallets.

May looking at Bitcoin it looks like everything is anonymous, to be sincere, till now I still think it is anonymous cause of the way everything is, but according to other people– Bitcoin is pseudo anonymous. By the way, I have read stories about people who scammed others using Bitcoin, but at last they were caught, though I don’t really know how they got traced, but this shows that the truth is that Bitcoin is not completely anonymous, you can get traced making use of Bitcoin.

Today BTC is still anonymous. Only some of the new altcoin they have verified KYC for the user and hold. But I think in the future there will be a way to help the holder of BTC is no longer anonymous.

It is anonymous and at the same time not because in a way bitcoin's transparency provide informations for of its users to see but at the same time it doesn't provide information regarding the people behind these transactions that would Identify the user's profile. When you started to convert your bitcoins to fiat then I think that would only be the point where your privacy will not be protected by bitcoin.

No, Bitcoin is not anonymous, I think it is pseudo anonymous, but it is vey secure.
Lolzzz… Funny 😂 do you even know what you’re saying. The op was actually asking if Bitcoin is anonymous based on the usage. The way you said it seems like you’re referring to Bitcoin in terms of how popular it is. We all already knows that Bitcoin is popular and not anonymous 😂😂😂people knows about it. But what about when you’re making use of it, since they claim you don’t have to provide informations about yourself, does that make it anonymous or can anyone be traced with it?

Obviously it is. Bitcoin is completely anonymous to users. The Blockchain platform is the answer to whether Bitcoin is truly anonymous. Perhaps the skeptics in this regard are those who have not actually studied the Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin markets. But no matter what, the nature of Bitcoin is constant, and people are always sure Bitcoin is completely anonymous in commercial transactions. Sure.

If you want your transaction to be more anonymous when making payment with bitcoin, you can always use a reputable and legit bitcoin mixer website to mix your bitcoin to make payments for the items you require, using a bitcoin mixer website would make your transaction much more harder to track.

Bitcoin is not as anonymous as it was once believed to be.
With newer existing projects out there such as Dark and Monero that actually protect users identity, BTC isn't so antonymous.
Its much easier to track BTC transactions then people think.

if it wants to unite with official government regulations of the world, the obligation to use KYC / AML is mandatory, it will make the anonymous properties disappear, but the transformation and adaptation of merging with fiat will become active. I think the government wants to remove the anonymity of crypto users because it is so dangerous to practice illegal transactions in large quantities that can not be controlled.

Its actually anonymous in terms of the actual person itself but you could be able to check all the transaction of that particular individual through a wallet number.

I wouldn't agree with that. At the begininig it was realy anonimous but current situation is quite different. Now there are many methods and techniques that allow not just to trace transactions but also users.
Anonimity has especialy changed for worse with KYC and AML rules for exchanges and many other cryptocurrencies services.
So, don't think you are anonimous by using Bitcoin.
