Services that use 2FA usually give you a private key when they give you the QRcode to scan in your phone, that should help you to recover your 2FA.

I have the same issue!  Cry
I did send about 30 tickets for the past two months and no response from them!
Also, they've asked my my last transaction but what if I don't remember.
I know my username (email) and password, authenticator has stopped working and I did not log in for the past 8 months I think.

First, did you save the secret key (the alphanumeric code)? 'cause you yourself can recover your 2fa through that

If not, your only hope is for yobit to answer. If they asked you about the dates, go look for their emails. There should be a confirmation email when you first created your acc as well as withdrawal confirmations. The others are I guess up to your memory but they're not asking for the exact dates anyway, just the approximate.

Wait for their response and see how things go. If you can't provide the details they are asking you, it's very unlikely you'll get access to the account again.

If you didn't use the account for eight months, then you should already have an estimation on where you last made a withdrawal or which coin was it at least, that should help.

As a piece of advice though, whether you manage to get access to your account again or not. I suggest to not use Yobit again. It's with no doubt one of the worst, If not "the" worst exchange out there.
