I'm waiting since 5 January(9 days ago) 1 NEO from Cryptopia.
Blockchain is confirmated but Neo is not deposited yet.
Support doesn't answer.

Two days ago i withdrawn EOS to deposit in Binance but in blockchain there isn't.In coolcoin there is "SUCCESS"

Is there anyone who has the same problems?

Had deposited 2 ETH after registering yesterday.

First it turns out that it's basically impossible to trade: as soon that you put an order to sell on top of the book, there is always a bot immediately changing the price of another order to go lower than yours: the gap between bid/ask is so high (and the bid so under market price) that turns out it's impossible to do a normal trade.

Want to withdraw than? I'm sorry, you have to be verified by submitting ID/selfie etc.

WTF, funds stuck that cannot be traded, waiting who knows how long for the verification.

Can't even submit the ID photos and selfie on their website. I have transferred just over 100 euros worth of coins and now coins stuck. They told me to email su@coolcoin.com . I sent multiple emails asking for help confirming my identity - ZERO reply. Avoid them at all costs!

I would not recommend trading on smaller/less reputable exchanges.

Stick to the big ones like Binance, Kucoin and many other. You can always expect a response from them and the trading fees aren't bad, so take the extra hit and you'll receive constant support.
