Neo will probably never pass the ethereum. They both have very good and bright future but neo will always follow the ethereum from 1 year behind. I don't know if it's a right call but i call neo ethereum of chinese. Tho it is always a good idea to keep both of them in your wallet.

If i had a choice, i prefer to buy NEO for a long-term because i believe that it will make 10-20x profit thanks to advanced PoS technology and faster speed of transactions that Ether. So, i advice you to buy NEO and hold it, but for intraday trade i would prefer Ethereum.

I think you are right about NEO's possible future, but Ethereum is also good long-term investment. NEO will slow down Ethereum a little bit, but will not replace it.

Neo drastically improve its price because people see its potential. Yes, banning this in china might affect the price, but as we can see this is just temporary,. So it will be a good one for those who are holding coins for long term.
