In terms of capital multiplication, I vote for NEO. It can grow 4 times from the current levels,  to $ 200 per coin. And whether Ethereum can grow 4 times is a big question.

I think it's best to invest in ETH.  For me, ETH is the most reliable investment coin.  But you can try some money to invest in NEO.

Will NEO be next ETH in crypto currency world? What is the main reason for going up NEO drastically?

if i have to choose between ETH and NEO, i would choose ETH, because i believe ETH is the most useful altcoin in the cryptocurrency market. NEO on the other hand has just been born recently and it has been supported by most of the chinese investors and its value has risen so much in short time, Although the  future for NEO is bright, Ethereum has already been tested by time and has proven its reliability.

I think invest ETH is more profitable and comfortable, I say convenient because I have a lot of tokens that use ETH wallet so to be able to transaction ETH need, and in terms of price increases of course ETH will continue to rise while NEO still need time to make me sure.

NEO is a good and stable coin but it is not true compared to Ethereum. Ethereum is a really big coin. There is still a long way to NEO's Ethereum level.

NEO and ETH are completely different platforms. NEO is much more expensive to start new project. It could be drawback as well as an advantage. But I think that ETH has much more potential than NEO anyway.
