Can't find my BTC

I have purchased i BTC form a friend and requested in my coinpayments wallet. He sent it yesterday and shows more than 80 confirmations on blockchain info but still not showing in my wallet neither in pending transactions nor in deposit history. And also when i checked again on blockchian info with my wallet address now its showing that going out from my wallet 1BTC but neither i have received nor i have sent.

CAn someone please help me with it

Coinpayments controls the private key to your deposit address so they control the funds there.

You'll have to open a support ticket and write to them that your transaction that was confirmed has not been credited to your wallet on their site.

They're the only ones that can help you.

The same thing sometimes happens with Bitfinex, when I send a deposit, see many confirmations within 2-3 days, coins have already been spent after the first confirmation but deposit has not been done.

Open a support and wait may take a few days more they will respond to you. This happens from time to time and so far all have been solved.
