What new can people invent? Mostly everything was created on the open source code of bitcoin, now a lot of coins are created on the ethereum platform. Possibly a new, different "base", platform which we have not heard of before will arrive, but I think that we shouldn’t wait for a break just yet.

I don’t agree with you. Quite a lot of very interesting cryptocurrencies were built on the ethereum platform! In fact to date she has no rivals.

I do not think there is any thing very bad with the present system. Actually there is room from improvement and development, of which they developers are presently looking at on how to solve.

On one idea you won’t go very far, but this is how it is, by the way. If the variants of cryptocurrency 2.0 will be the killer of Bitcoin, it is a rather controversial issue. Pricing politics of the main bubble of the 21st century will not stand on a stage next to an unknown crypt. You need arguments, backed by powerful evidence to create a killer competitor.

No point in waiting to see bitcoin grow in the future. A drop will occur in the best case, and maybe even a crash.
