To be honest, I do not really trust ICO rating sites. You know why? Even though they are highly rated but not reaching the soft cap, they are not considered that good enough. I only consider that only if they have reached soft or hard cap. In the world of cryptocurrencies, there’s no such thing as a guarantee that the ICO project is reliable and promising.
