Hi,

there are so many cryptos and I find it hard to identify the ones where I should have a closer look.
Obviously one can find cryptos e.g. by listening to shilling on Reddit. But I'm looking for more professional sources like YouTube channels, free/ paid Telegram/Discord groups and so on. What do you use?

Those paid memberships of exclusive groups are definitely more reliable than those that you can freely read and browse over the internet. Expect the most of what you can freely access in the internet to be lopsided. The premium groups are made of experts. The ones on free groups are made up of just anyone who wants to promote the coin they are holding.
Looking for good coins on YouTube is also good but I think you should observe the market and there you will find the top coins in the list. When the market capital of a coin is high, its market value will also be high. You are right that there is thousands of crypto in the market and selection is difficult for investment. But if you are sure about the reliability of a coin you should invest there.

If you consider it for the long term, I think the best thing is to check if it is truly useful in real life. Then I check the founders, team members. It worked very well for me so far.

There are now many cryptos and as you say. It is difficult to assess the good cryptos. With my personal view of evaluating a cryptos that I consider to be good, I will judge based on the number of participants in the cryptos telegram. If the number of members is more then the quality of cryptos is good and vice versa. Second, we will look at twitter and facebook. is similar to the telegram channel. If the number of followers twitter and facebook many shows that cryptos good

There are some resourses that have webinars. I think it's really important to find a source where you can find everything about crypto

I know one that will have a school with stuff for people in cryptoworld
If you want to know about Good ICO Projects then you may Follow icobench, the best ICO rating website till now to me. Or if you are looking for a good crypto coin then I would suggest you look regularly on coinmarketcap. Anyway! yes you need to get some knowledge before start. Than inegrate what you have learn into your practice. I Found one promising ico on Icobench - they are first who have created beta and we can tested it . You can exchange there crypto/fiat and rate is tied to Coinmarketcap
oh i followed for them for a while they made free cryptowebinars https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOXe_JuM-loN7nKPkh-4TBg

and i am going to register at their trading school

Could you give link at icobench please?
With this it seems, you have learned things well for you before getting in this world. And this is best trait of a trader that he must knows that what is better and how to get that thing. For this, learning always stays on the top. If you know it better than achieving that thing wouldn’t be much difficult. But if you don’t know what to do and you are lacking basic steps, how can you do it.

There are many ways you can find potential cryptos such as price research as well as research on price fluctuations in recent times that will give you better information to invest.

I think only a big diversified portfolio can help. Nobody knows what will happen in 2-3 years. Maybe 90% of current coins will die.

If you want to buy a penny that has been exchanged, I recommend that you choose the past coins high price and now the price is low. That coin will have a chance to rise again and that is your chance to invest.

Also, this is best attribute of a merchant that he should realizes that what is better and how to get that thing. For this, adapting dependably remains on the best. In the event that you know it superior to anything accomplishing that thing wouldn't be much troublesome. However, in the event that you don't comprehend what to do and you are deficient with regards to fundamental advances, how might you do it.

You should search for a good interesting project that is trustworthy enough to return your money and simultaneously have an interesting concept. In the result, you will earn money and, moreover, support the implementation of a good idea. As I can consider myself as an expert in ICOs field and investment, so I can give you some advice. You need to choose it really careful and study all about ICO project which you want to invest in. For example, an experience of a team, a value of the project, uniqueness and then read some comments about it. If you need my recommendation, Kelvin Blockchain Wink

Identify which is good and which is not the problem and attract the attention of the bitcoiner. The best way to find out whether crypto has a good reputation is to identify those behind cryptos (developers) and read and analyze ICO white papers or currency (it is a must), you just have to look for those who are always under the radar. For me, the best thing you can do is join their telegram group

Finding a new and really good coin is very difficult at the moment because there are too many coins on the market being traded and countless ICO projects are calling for investment to be commercialized. Project selection is largely based on the experience of the investor and there are no management standards. These are the difficulties that I often choose the coins in the top 50 on the CMC to buy in and those in a few months.

Here, catch a list of all currencies, existing at the present time - https://coinmarketcap.com/all/views/all/. You can also go to trading forums or just search on the Internet.
Because you’ll have to do research anyway (to understand which coin fits your requires most of all).

Get to know the projects first - its team, the idea and if it actually needs the blockchain technology. If it does then see their roadmap and proceed with your investment.
most challenging moments that we may ever had to decide which currency we should choose for so that is why for me i always check for the group of people behind that cause if that group had been experience lot of successful then there is a possibility for their next project that they may manage too.
Suggesting you to stay away of the market if you are a new comer and do not know about the market. Make experience with Altcoin or Litecoin for short term with continuous processes so as to get experience. But read the market before starting with Altcoin too because loss is possible here as well but I prefer it because it has lesser loss as compared with other best coins.

I think you need to pay attention to those reviews that explain in detail their point of view and which have a lot of subscribers. Telegram can also be used if the number of subscribers is more than 100 thousand. Why? because the audience and its attention is the most important thing for a blogger and hardly anyone will want to recommend something that will not grow or what the probability of error is high

I use ico rating sites,  just google for it.  i also using twitter and youtube to get free expert recommendations. Reddit is also a good place.

Reasonable referrals I think using a google search rating tend to be accurate even if not 100% because its all based on the advice and rubric of many people. And I personally prefer to the main point only, that is coinmarketcap.com as long as they are in the top 15 coins, then they are the best cryptos.

After finding also most of them had became scams as the money comes. I suggest you to play safe with these ICO's. Never ever deposit large amount in any of the Crypto.

The best you can do in finding good cryptos is make your own research regarding this and make sure that the information
that you will get from internet or what is reliable source of information.
it is good to make research by ourself, if someone told us to buy token x, token y coin z in this forum it means that man still promote the coins, if we only follow and not do research by ourself, we can't do anything except try to cover our loss when something bad happen
Indeed, it is hard to tell if that token is good so we must undergo in intense research with regards to the project and its developers. Following where the big number of participants is, is not a good enough reason to join, it is better if you will examin it first. Besides, if you are going to invest in those ICO you must remember that invest only the money that you afford to lose.

Hi,

Obviously one can find cryptos e.g. by listening to shilling on Reddit. But I'm looking for more professional sources like YouTube channels, free/ paid Telegram/Discord groups and so on. What do you use?

Just do your own research, always do it. I advice you to open the coinmarketcap and take the first 20 cryptocurrencies, analyze them and choose only those which posses high financial interest. You may ask, how do you understand potential financial outcome for particular crypto-asset? - That' easy, just answer the following questions:
 - Is this technology new on the market, and there are no competitors?
 - Does this technology solve something that people are suffering from?
 - Will it make someone's life better?
 - Is the team strong?

And if the answers are positive everywhere, then you can try buying a small amount. I did the same way when I was purchasing Cryptics tokens QRP, these guys have developed an AI trading platform which makes very accurate price forecast on different cryptocurrency pairs.
