First thing, you can check the crypto currencies news in bitcoin talk forums. You can see a lot of topics that is related on what is the best running cryptos. You can watch  or search through social media like watching youtube or joining in a group. And also doing a backround check like checking the images of the developers of the project.

Look through the whitepaper and see if there is an actual need for the coins purpose... Most coins pretend that there is a problem when in reality its just a pump and dump or get rich scheme for the creators...

There are quite a few crypto in the world, and you can freely choose the crypto in your opinion, or you can choose from good ICO projects below the signature of each member on this board.

Hi,

there are so many cryptos and I find it hard to identify the ones where I should have a closer look.
Obviously one can find cryptos e.g. by listening to shilling on Reddit. But I'm looking for more professional sources like YouTube channels, free/ paid Telegram/Discord groups and so on. What do you use?
For me, I'm not depend on the advice of the other because I always do my own research so that I didn't regret for the results of it in the future. Making our own research is very important because it will help us to know more about the project that can give us an idea to invest and also encourages us to hold it whatever happens until our expectations are fulfilled because we know its big potential to grow in the future.

Actually there are a lot of possible ways to have an idea whether the coin is good or not. The basic one is to check the feedback or reviews of the users and past investors of it. Also you can check their website, medium, social media and any other reading materials including their telegram and check the discussion and updates about that coin.
simple way to check the potention from ico usually check from it's whitepaper.it this document we can find the detail all about its' development plan.and also check their telegram channel to know how much investor interest in this project
of course, in the first place, it is always necessary to study the essence of the project, as well as how much this product will be in demand in society. Only on this basis we can be guided by the investment attractiveness of a certain ico company.
Yeah right, it is just a matter of studying and making some research of a particular coin. No one can say or predict that the coin of project will become successful in just some brief reading. It requires effort and time to conclude.

You can visit Ann Thread Board here in bitcointalk if you want to look for ICO but visiting websites that gives ratings to ICO's can be a big help but not 100% you can google them they are actually plenty. Never miss visiting their ann thread though because you will know if this is legit or not some people here are very good in spotting scam icos'.

Many popular cryptocurrency options include bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, bitcoincash or ripple cases most of them the price is still fallen and the price has not risen. It's okay the price has gone up but bitcoin is just what I know today's high price.

Before I buy a coin, I always studying its past data for me to find out if the coin is profitable or not. I can easily make money if I hold profitable altcoins. I can ensure that I will not lose my money if I have knowledge about the coins that I hold.

The best cryptocurrencies are  the ones which have aa increasing trading volume, not necessarily high in number but have been accelerating numbers like before litecoin before it was popular litecoin was  blue and then it boomed up to the top cryptocurrency

You can see that in recent days the market is showing signs of positive, bitcoin price after a very strong recovery is adjusting at $ 8100 level and altcoin prices are beginning to show signs of slight increase. I think that this time you can start buying altcoin and hold long term because bitcoin prices are in uptrend so you can rest assured while holding altcoin.

I usually check the coin market cap.  By that you will be able to check what are the coins that are currently on top.  You can check the details and have it as your guide in when and where do you want to invest.

Theres no straight forward or particularly planned advances that ought to be taken in order to distinguish how  great is a coin. The matter contributing its construct significantly in light of theory and theoretical examination thus nobody can really foresee with all conviction which of the digital currencies will be most productive in the closest future. You ought to plainly think about the patterns which the coin has appeared in the course of recent years. Check the achievement rate and read about the group behind it. Read about the undertaking and if all is great at exactly that point put then its in falls on you if you'll trust it.

I have the same method. It us much safer and also I don't really focus if it is really a good project because it will take years before many companies start realizing its worth and I'm a short term trader. As long as it is legit, I consider it.

Before you put any money into any cryptos, you need to do your own research into them.
- Read the white papers
- Go on the crypto’s website
- Take a look at the Reddit/Bct communities

Just invest or trade in Bitcoin and Ethereum. Researching the market, knowing what you are getting and not putting your life savings on things can likely crash the first time you start.
