According to the instructions, I shall receive a letter with a receipt from ShapeShift and then, at the end of the ICO, a letter from the docademic, explaining how to acquire the tokens. However, the exchange would not send a receipt; they say that transaction hash is enough to verify my payment. I want to know if a transaction hash is enough to get my tokens?

The concept is good but not new as we have Bela too which kind of works on a similar platform. The difference I see is that Bela is not a token but YOU is.
