Also with Proof of Service the doctor can get paid even more! The Solve Care platform enables a Proof of Service score to be given to doctors. This score gives better probabilities to the insurance company. Probabilities like, will the service be completed as requested, will the service be beneficial to the patient, will the service be at the correct price. If doctors diagnose a patient correctly leading to a faster recovery the doctor can be rewarded above his normal pay.

The point around increased value of reserves is a fair one. Particularly in respect of the tokens set aside for acquisition and growth. However, that benefit will be derived if the business model succeeds. Token price will rise and clearly market cap with it. My point is still that there is no need to spend big on so-called marketing right now. It serves little point. That is separate from exchange listing, whether paid for or otherwise. Listing is non-negotiable. It is essential.

I am in no rush for icos i purchase to be released on exchanges as i believe in focusing on the product 1st, but there have been icos in the past who released tokens only to be used on their platform which is not what i want went investing money

I cant find anything about exchanges on the roadmap, will this be a tradeable token on exchanges or for use only on your product platform? Also if it will be a tradeable token on exchanges what is your estimated time frame of release on exchanges?

In reviewing Ian Balina’s comments on Solve.Care he refers to the project as a dApp rather than infrastructure or protocol. Whilst he did not look at the project in any depth, I guess this conclusion was drawn from the images of the wallet on the web site. Knowing what I do, I’d say Solve.Care is much more than a simple wallet. I have referred to it previously as an ecosystem and believe that in due course its Care.Marketplace will be a platform hosting dApps created by others. So I see it more as a protocol. I’m curious to learn how the team would describe the scope of the project. Maybe you’d use different terms. I also wonder how clients describe it.

Strictly speaking, the Care.Protocol is an app running on the Ethereum network. But it is an protocol in itself, with the possibility for everyone to develop usefull apps on our protocol. This is done through the development of 'Care.Cards' which will be available in the Care.Marketplace. I know a small ICO that was planning to extend the date because they were stugglign to reach the hardcap but they reached the hardcap a day earlier. Everything happened within a span of 48 hours.
