Cardano has an enormous supply, and that might make the price cheaper.

Cardano may have everything need to be a global altcoin, but I think to get a profit in 2-3 months you should find the altcoin that is really at its lowest price. And for the famous coins I think have almost the same trend within three months.

With $ 500, if you want a decent profit in 2-3 months, maybe you should bet on altcoin with a small market capitalization.
Maybe a coin like Tron could double in three months, but of course the risk is also greater.

I agree that altcoin like Cardano will be profitable in the long term, but maybe for now, ADA is not a first choice. I think for a period of 2-3 months we inevitably have to follow the herd, and the trend on the new altcoin, especially the younger altcoin.

I think for long time, to be safe, you should invest in Bitcoin and ETH. If you want find a new one, I think Waves is a nice choice. It's a good coin with stable price, also nice for a long-terms. For the all time I watch over the Waves it's never been anybody lost his money on investing into it. It growth slowly but without falls and going down rapidly.
